Why hello there potential affiliate,

Get excited because this affiliate program is unlike many others.

You will be one of at max ten affiliate partners.

There is no custom url or promo code that you have to give to your customers.

I'm not selling an eBook or online course.

This program, my friend, is different.

In a nutshell, here is how the affiliate deal works:

The customers of Outbound Creative are creative agencies and well-established freelancers.

For any business that you refer or bring my way, I will pay you 10% of any revenue generated from that relationship.

A good referral could generate $850-$5,000 affiliate comissions for you per year

The finer details of the arrangement

What does Outbound Creative do?

We help agencies win their dream clients through eye-catching outreach.

To learn more visit OutboundCreative.com, read through the site and watch the video for a deeper understanding.

With every lead I get, I ask how they heard about our company

How do you track it?

It's simple. There is a line in the inquiry form on my site that says "How did you hear about me?"

If they say they came from you, then you will get a sales commission.

How do I know you will actually pay me?

Trust.

If you think I am a dick and won't pay you, then don't promote it.

If you know me and know that I am a good person with integrity, then trust that I will pay you for any referrals you bring my way.

When do I get paid?

When I get paid, you get paid.

If the client pays me $1,000. I will pay you $100 that same day.

Who are Outbound Creative's target customers?

  • Creative & Development Agencies (Software, branding, design, copywriting, communications, content marketing, UX/UI, consulting, etc.)
  • Minimum $20k lifetime customer value per deal. The bigger the deals they are doing, the more profitable.
  • Are established businesses at least 3-5 years old
  • They have a decent sales process in place

How does Outbound Creative make money?

Our revenue model is built off a mixture of cash and commission. (And I will be honest I am still figuring out the best way to structure these deals)

One thing I know for sure. We will not have set prices. Instead we create custom deals with customers.

For example, in a recent engagement we gave the prospect 3 options for ways to work with us:

Option 1: No upfront cost, full commission

$0 up front cost

15% commission on any business brought in by the direct outreach campaign for the first year from the initial down payment from the client.*

7.5% commission on any business after the first year

7.5% commission on any referral business that comes from the direct outreach campaign or clients closed as a result of the campaign

Option 2: Medium up front cost, medium commission

$5,000 one time fee for creating and implementing a campaign. 50% due up front, 50% upon the implementation of the campaign

7.5% commission on any business brought in by the direct outreach campaign for the first year from the initial down payment from the client.*

7.5% commission on any business after the first year

7.5% commission on any referral business that comes from the direct outreach campaign or clients closed as a result of the campaign

Option 3: Large upfront cost, small commission

$10,000 one time fee for creating and implementing a campaign. 50% due up front, 50% upon the implementation of the campaign

3% commission on any business brought in by the direct outreach campaign for the first year from the initial down payment from the client.*

1.5% commission on any business after the first year

1.5% commission on any referral business that comes from the direct outreach campaign or clients closed as a result of the campaign

*From past experience I have found that depending on the industry it can take a long time before a direct outreach campaign can turn into a paid relationship. Thus the one year period of collections starts from receiving the downpayment from the client, not one year from when the direct outreach campaign was sent.

How much money can I expect to make?

It depends on who you send my way.

Below is an example of profitability of a large deal that I have in place:

  • I currently have a relationship with a client who does very high end software development.
  • Their average customer will bring in $200k per year in revenue.
  • They are paying 15% for any clients my campaigns can bring them
  • That is $30k per year per customer
  • A 10% affiliate commission of $30,000 is $3,000
  • If you referred a high-end client like this to me, you would make $3,000 per year.

Example of profitability for a mid level agency:

  • Average customer is $50k
  • They pay $5,000 cash + 7.5% commission
  • If I close them one sale that is. $5,000 cash + $3,750 commission = $8,750 revenue
  • A 10% affiliate commission of $8,750 is $875
  • If you referred a mid-level client like this to me, you would make $875 per year

How can I promote this?

Whatever way feels right and genuine for you and your audience.

I am happy to do guest posts, podcast interviews, webinars, or whatever it is that you think will work best.

Consider me your partner in marketing this affiliate deal, lets figure out a way to make this work for both of us.

Just shoot me an email, and lets figure out a way to make this work!
