Step 1. You send me your materials

You provide me with any marketing materials, proposals, sales collateral, or sales process documentation that you already have.

Step 2. We connect on a 90 minute discovery call.

I ask you lots of questions and learn everything I can about your business, your goals and your challenges.

Step 3. You receive a written Sales Teardown Report

I create a full report detailing all of my thoughts and feedback on how to grow and improve your business.

Step 4. You and I connect on a call to answer questions

We will hop on an additional 60 minute call to go over any pressing questions or concerns you may have about the report.

Step 5. I send you a refined Execution Plan

This execution plan summarizes the initial feedback document into concise and actionable next steps.

What does the end deliverable of this process look like?

You can see a sample Teardown Report by clicking the link below. Note that all specific company information has been removed.

I don’t have much of a sales process at all, is there anything to even teardown?

If you have closed deals in the past, then you have a sales process of some sort.
Even if it is not structured, we will look at how you are currently closing deals and figure out ways to improve upon that.

For those without sales processes in place, this teardown can provide even more value.

What happens if I don’t hire you for any ongoing service after the teardown?

That is no problem at all. If we decide it is not a right fit to do a retainer, then you can take the insights learned and implement them in your business on your own.

My goal with designing this teardown is that even if you don’t hire me afterwards, you will still walk away with insights that can improve your sales process and help you close more deals.

How long does this process take?

You will receive your Sales Teardown Report within 7 days of our initial discovery call.
